The Penn State Department of Biomedical Engineering is one of the fastest growing departments in the College of Engineering. Our curriculum is built upon the apex of engineering, medicine, healthcare policy, and biological discovery. As a pre-med student, you are expected to meet regulary with your pre-med advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Resource Center (FMH 360). To schedule an appointment with a pre-med advisor, please call the Undergraduate Advising Resource Center at 503-725-3822. Appointments will not be accepted via email. The Pre-Health Peer Advisors provide the perspective of upper-class pre-health students in assisting other students with a variety of advising needs, such as exploring co-curricular activities, major exploration, pre-health prerequisites, and application preparation. Kimberly Eclipse joined Penn State Abington as an Administrative Support Coordinator for the Advising Center in August 2017. She earned her BS in Education from New York University, her MA in Education from Queens College and her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College.
